The Lattice Peer Circles are designed for experienced women who are planning, building or strengthening a portfolio career — across board work, advisory roles, fractional leadership, entrepreneurship and other forms of senior contribution.
Each Circle brings together a carefully curated group of women who can offer one another informed perspective, candid challenge, practical support and useful connections.

How Peer Circles work
A consistent circle
The same group meets monthly, allowing trust — and the value members offer one another — to deepen over time.
Facilitated, not programmed
Each online session is thoughtfully facilitated and shaped around the real decisions, opportunities and challenges members are navigating.
Built for portfolio careers
Responding to the needs of the group, conversations may explore portfolio design, positioning, personal brand, pricing and negotiation, board and advisory work, income mix, capacity and more.
This is not a course or conventional networking group. It is access to experienced peers who understand both the level at which you have operated and what you are building now.
Membership and terms
Your Peer Circle membership includes access to the Online Community and monthly community calls. There is no separate community membership fee.
After the initial three-payment commitment, you may withdraw with at least 30 days’ written notice, in line with the participation agreement.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. We confirm placement, availability and timing individually.
Looking for something less structured?
The Online Community connects you with the broader membership through Slack and monthly community calls, without joining a fixed Peer Circle. Peer Circle membership includes it automatically.
