Monthly community calls
A one-hour online conversation each month to exchange ideas, explore practical questions and get to know other members. Topics respond to the community's interests, with expert guests joining selected conversations.

Questions before joining
Do I need to join a Peer Circle?
No. You can join the Online Community independently. Peer Circle membership includes Online Community access, so Circle members do not need a separate subscription.
How is this different from a Peer Circle?
The Online Community connects you with the broader membership through Slack and monthly community calls. Peer Circles bring a smaller, consistent group together for facilitated sessions focused on members' decisions, opportunities and challenges.
Can I join from anywhere in Canada?
Yes. The Online Community is online and welcomes experienced senior women from across Canada.
Does membership include paid work or board placement?
Members can share opportunities and make introductions. Paid engagements and board appointments are not guaranteed. The Lattice's marketplace is a future development.
