Peer Circles for a New Shape of Work
The Lattice Peer Circles are designed for experienced women who are planning, building or strengthening a portfolio career — across board work, advisory roles, fractional leadership, entrepreneurship and other forms of senior contribution.
Each Circle brings together a carefully curated group of women who can offer one another informed perspective, candid challenge, practical support and useful connections.

Responding to the needs of the group, conversations may explore portfolio design, positioning, personal brand, pricing and negotiation, board and advisory work, income mix, capacity and more.
This is not a course or conventional networking group. It is access to experienced peers who understand both the level at which you have operated and what you are building now.

The Lattice is for senior women leaders with more than two decades of professional experience, including significant leadership across companies, entrepreneurial ventures, boards, professional services, the public sector, or institutions. They are:
- Seeking a professional home base with access to resources, connections, and tools
- Moving out of a traditional full-time leadership structure — or having already done so
- Building advisory, fractional, board, entrepreneurial, or portfolio work
- Looking for peers who understand both the possibilities and practical realities of working differently
- Ready to contribute experience, perspective, relationships, and opportunities to the strength of the network

We built The Lattice while building our own portfolio careers.
Along the way, we heard from Canadian women seeking the same three things: community, impact, and continued income.
So we created a place designed around exactly that.
Jill Earthy
Executive, board director, advisor and founder with deep experience helping ambitious organizations grow. Jill has held leadership roles across the non-profit and private sectors as well as a crown corporation, and built and sold two national businesses. She now serves on the boards of EasyPark, Vancouver Foundation and Destination BC, while advising national organizations at the intersection of finance, innovation and impact through Verge Advisory.

Katrina C. Foster
Strategic advisor, entrepreneur and community-builder with more than 30 years of experience across startups, women's entrepreneurship, positioning and narrative. Katrina serves on the boards of The Forum, a national charity for women entrepreneurs, and Community Futures, which supports small businesses in semi-rural communities. She brings a sharp eye for translating experience into clear value and more self-directed work.

Executive, board director and strategic advisor with more than 20 years of experience across Canada's life sciences and technology sectors. Formerly President and CEO of Genome BC and a founding executive at Canada's Digital Technology Supercluster. Suzanne now serves on the boards of Michael Smith Health Research BC and Life Sciences BC.
