The Lattice is for senior women leaders with more than two decades of professional experience, including significant leadership across companies, entrepreneurial ventures, boards, professional services, the public sector, or institutions. They are:
- Seeking a professional home base with access to resources, connections, and tools
- Moving out of a traditional full-time leadership structure — or having already done so
- Building advisory, fractional, board, entrepreneurial, or portfolio work
- Looking for peers who understand both the possibilities and practical realities of working differently
- Ready to contribute experience, perspective, relationships, and opportunities to the strength of the network

So we created a place designed around exactly that.
Jill Earthy
Executive, board director, advisor and founder with deep experience helping ambitious organizations grow. Jill has held leadership roles across the non-profit and private sectors as well as a crown corporation, and built and sold two national businesses. She now serves on the boards of EasyPark, Vancouver Foundation and Destination BC, while advising national organizations at the intersection of finance, innovation and impact through Verge Advisory.

Katrina C. Foster
Strategic advisor, entrepreneur and community-builder with more than 30 years of experience across startups, women's entrepreneurship, positioning and narrative. Katrina serves on the boards of The Forum, a national charity for women entrepreneurs, and Community Futures, which supports small businesses in semi-rural communities. She brings a sharp eye for translating experience into clear value and more self-directed work.

Executive, board director and strategic advisor with more than 20 years of experience across Canada's life sciences and technology sectors. Formerly President and CEO of Genome BC and a founding executive at Canada's Digital Technology Supercluster.
